Fabrication Project Manager

Trillium Construction is currently hiring Project Managers for a busy Fabrication Shop in Wrightstown, WI.

Full Time, Temp to Hire Opportunity! Candidates should be located within commuting distance to busy Wrightstown, WI.

Fabrication facility, which specializes in, and produces the following: 
-Structural Steel components related to Steel Buildings, Platforms, Handrailing, Metal Fabrication, and Truss Fabrication and Duct & Tank Fabrication. 
-Duct and Tank Fabrication
-Process pipe fabrication of Carbon Steel and Stainless-Steel spools using TIG and MIG welding procedures. 

The Project Manager will provide overall management direction to single or multiple projects, establish project objectives and policies, maintain liaison with prime client contracts, and monitor construction. The Project Manager is ultimately responsible for completing each project on time, within budget, and satisfying the customer.

Job Duties:
-Estimating the cost of labor and materials needed for each project, then submitting this information to upper management for approval.
-Coordinating with procurement to ensure the materials needed for the project are available.
-Maintaining communication with clients and engineering during each phase of the project to ensure that they are satisfied with the progress.
-Reviewing blueprints and other design documents to ensure that they are adequate for fabricating the product.
-Sequencing of project activities and creating an environment which is conducive of producing results.
-Coordinating various activities of the project such as design, detailing, engineering, procurement, and deliveries.
-Monitoring work schedules and deadlines to ensure that projects are completed on time.
-Monitoring product quality reports throughout the manufacturing process to ensure that it meets company standards and client requirements.
-Management of uncertainties of the project and resolving of conflicts arising during the project.

Position is Full- Time, with Direct Hire Opportunities. Pay starts at $50k + per year DOE. If you are interested in this position, and meet the requirements above, please apply today!

Job Requirements:
-MUST have Estimating experience related to Large Industrial Construction 
-High School Diploma or GED
-Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or experience in a similar role.
-Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
-Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation.
-Familiarity with construction management software such as Builder Trend.
-Excellent Organizational and Time Management skills.
-Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
-Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
-Must have ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
